Our reports are detailed, easy to read, and include as many digital photographs as are necessary to properly document the incidents. We will also obtain witness statements and all related shipping documents, when available, and send them to you to assist in adjudicating those claims. We will also send the information to you in an electronic format so that you can archive and easily retrieve the information anytime it is needed.

Additionally, our agents can provide overnight monitoring of temperature-controlled trailers and storage areas containing perishable samples intended for distribution at the trade shows. We systematically check door seals, refrigeration fuel levels, and the function of the refrigeration units at regular intervals in order to ensure the temperature and security of the products.
