RSG is able to provide tradeshow services including pre-show and post-show facility inspection reports for any facility in the United States and Canada.

Facilities might include convention centers, hotel ballrooms, concert halls, or any facility that is leased for a period of time when the lessee is responsible for any damages that might occur while the facilities are being used by the lessee.

At your request a qualified and experienced RSG field agent will make contact with the designated facility representative and complete a detailed joint inspection prior to you occupying the facility. A joint inspection will also be completed after you have vacated the property. RSG�s pre-show and post-show joint inspections will enable us to determine with accuracy if any damage occurred to the property while it was being used by your company.

Our facility inspection reports are easy to follow and provide a detailed description of each damage, accompanied by digital photographs depicting the damage. All investigations will be concluded within 24 hours of being assigned to RSG and our report, photographs, and other evidence will be sent to you electronically within 24 hours of completion. RSG can also furnish you with a CD containing the reports and photographs which are useful for sharing and archiving the information
